National Scouting Report has established itself as one of the top, if not the top, recruiting organizations in America over the past 40 years.

Mike Smith has established himself as one of the top softball coaches in the country over the past two decades, leading a handful of college programs on various levels to great success.

Now, NSR and Smith are working together to elevate things even more. Smith was named the Executive Director of Scouting at NSR in February and has hit the ground running in his new position.
